Cook ’n Book: Gnocchi Night with Maria Costanzo Palmer

Join us for a unique evening of food, storytelling, and community.

On June 18, spend the evening with author and home cook Maria Costanzo Palmer as you learn to make ricotta gnocchi inspired by her family’s iconic restaurant, The Primadonna. This hands-on experience includes both the cooking class and a shared dinner, where you’ll enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together.

The evening also features a lively conversation about her award-winning book On the Rocks, now being adapted into a film.
